The Special Master has decided all the appeals according to the terms of the Settlement Agreement. Her decisions are final and not reviewable. The Settlement Agreement does not provide for the Special Master to have individual communications with Claimants or to explain her decisions. Therefore, she will not be in a position to answer phone calls, email, letters or other communications.
After making required deductions from the fund, the Claims Administrator will use the Special Master's determinations as to eligibility for Tiers 1, 2 and/or 3 in determining each eligible Claimant's settlement amount from the remaining fund.

Ill. Civil Action No. 15-cv-1364.
The lawsuit claims that Restore Products are defective because they prematurely peel, chip, or degrade after application. As a result, it is alleged, the marketing and warranty promises made in connection with the sale of Restore Products are false and misleading. The lawsuit also claims that Rust-Oleum knew or should have known that Restore Products would not live up to those promises.
Restore Products include Deck & Concrete Restore, Deck Restore, Concrete Restore, and Restore 10X
This Settlement does NOT include Restore 10X Advanced, Restore 4X, and other Restore-branded products.
Rust-Oleum denies all of the claims and allegations made in the lawsuit.
